Olena's first warm night in weeks
When the windows of her building were replaced with plywood, Olena worried most about her two boys. Our Saturday run brought thermal blankets, a heater and winter boots. “Now they fall asleep laughing again,” she told our volunteers.

Andriy and the Saturday crew
A retired teacher, Andriy now leads a team of twelve neighbors who pack every box by hand. Each one carries a handwritten note. “We can't fix everything,” he says, “but we can make sure no one feels forgotten.”

At 78, Halyna lives alone at the edge of her village. This autumn, a full season of firewood arrived at her gate, stacked by volunteers before the first frost. She sent them home with apples from her garden.
